Indicator #1 – Homes Sold

There were an impressive 443 homes sold in Howard County for May 2016, this is close to a 9% increase from this time last year. With Listing to Sold Price ratio at 97.0% homes are being priced well in this area, and there is little fluctuation in prices. This is wonderful news for Sellers looking to get top dollar for their home. With the Average sold price for homes being sold in Howard County around $438,323 this is still a wonderful place for first time buyers looking to raise a family in this wonderful location.
