Clarksville is a small community, and when people move here, they tend to stay. There are currently only 36 Active listings and with 16 of them being new, a 15% decrease from new listings this month last year. New contracts are 40% lower than February 2016, but contingents are up and pending sales are stable. It’s showing us this season staying strong as we head in to Spring.

The average days on market was at 148 days before the homes went under contract, a 179% increase from this same time last year. This is not surprising when working with price points this high.
