Remember, this is the fall season when many assume the market is past its prime, we can see though, that this isn’t always the case. This price point is holding strong for this area! With just 13 units sold, there was a small decrease from this time last year. But, if you also factor in the little to no fluctuation from list to sold price which is holdclarksvilleocting at 98.2%, you have a safe investment here.

Indicator #3 – Days on Market

The average days on market was at 56 days before the homes went under contract, a 2% decrease from this same time last year, which is excellent as this year remains very strong for the market as a whole. When you are working with price points this high, this duration on the market is normal and actually good if you were to compare to other areas. This area with its Lower inventory also indicates when people buy here, they stay! It’s a great community, and convenient to many locations such as Baltimore, Columbia and D.C.!
