Indicator #1 – Homes Sold

There were 281 homes sold in March in Howard County, MD. A Small increase of  just 4% from this time last year, but with a Listing to sold price of 95.7% homes are being taken with little price fluctuation, good news for Sellers. The average sold price for homes in Howard County, MD for March 2016 has increased to $425,222. This area is continually proving to be a strong and desirable community to raise a family.

Homes stayed on the market for an average of 75days and that number includes areas such as Clarksville, MD where high end homes can take a while to find the right buyer! This time on the market statistic is down from the average days on the market from March of last year.

AS OF JANUARY 1ST 2016, EPIK Home Group of Keller Williams Realty Centre will be donating 2.5% of every commission check to EPIK Kids in Action Foundation.
